Slippers 'n Things is a family owned business inspired by our family traditions of slipper making, passed down through four generations. We also feature the are & crafts of many atisans such as hide slippers and mitts, qualtiy handcrafted Labradorite and semi-precious gemstone jewelry, anothosite products and stone carvings by Labrador artists. Drop by and visit us at 55 Grenfell Street to take a peek. On Saturdays, we offer our customers complimentary coffee or tea, toutons (fried bread dough) topped with Ruth's delicious redberry jam.

Owned and operated by the Labrador Friendship Centre in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, the Drumdancer Arts & Crafts Shop features the work of some of the region's finest craft producers and artists. Browse a vast array of Inuit, Innu and Metis crafts, jewelry and ornamental pieces including soapstone carvings, caribou hair tufting, dream catchers, slippers, apparel, tea dolls and other locally-produced handicrafts. We also carry a wide selection of raw materials, such as furs, linings and sewing accessories. We are centrally located near major banks, the post office and retail outlets.
